 District Council 51 members volunteer to do labor walk on Virginia

Labor-to-Labor Canvases

Beginning Saturday, September 12 and continuing every Saturday until the November 3, 2009 General Election, the IUPAT District Council 51, NOVA CLC and VA AFL-CIO will be knocking on union members' doors throughout Northern Virginia .

The District Council needs your help to elect labor friendly candidates at the state and local level. Meet at the NOVA Labor Federation office in Annandale at 9:00 AM to receive instructions and a walk packet.  Afterwards lunch will be provided.  Come join your brothers and sisters to help get the vote out in Virginia this election year.  Please contact your business representative or Roxana Mejia , Political Director to volunteer to walk on a Saturday or any other election activities you would help us with.  Friends and Family are welcome.
